📦 Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping partner, it is considered dispatched and will be in transit to your shipping address.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched and may vary slightly based on your location within the USA.

✏️ Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Info
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at breathe@terazze.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If our system flags a potential address issue, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel your order.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to delayed shipments or order cancellations.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

Although we cannot refund for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If the courier confirms the package is unrecoverable, we suggest also filing a police report for documentation purposes.
